Ingredients
250gdark chocolate70% cocoa content
250gbutter
250gsugar
20gflourfine
50gorange zestcandied, finely chopped
4eggs
2tablespoonrum
cocoa powder
Instructions
Pre-heat the oven to 200° C. Grease a rectangular baking tin with butter and sprinkle with sugar.
Melt the chocolate, butter and sugar in a bowl over a hot water bath. Once all of the ingredients have melted and mixed together well, add the flour, rum and candied oranges. Remove from the heat and allow to cool to below 60° C. Only now stir in the eggs.
Bake in a bain-marie in the oven for 45-50 minutes. Let it cool down and put it in the fridge for about 6 hours. Sprinkle with cocoa before serving.
